Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-07-22 · Last updated: 2026-07-22
Who you are contracting with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Jeff Fuhrman, trading as "Worth Applying™" (the "seller", "we", "us", or "our"). "Worth Applying™" is a brand name; the legal seller and provider of the service is Jeff Fuhrman.
Acceptance of these Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Worth Applying service — including submitting the Perfect Job Assessment, uploading a résumé, or completing checkout — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
Scope of the service
Worth Applying™ is a done-for-you job research service. For a one-time fee we research public job postings, verify direct application routes, evaluate them against the priorities you share in the Perfect Job Assessment, and deliver a personalized package of recommendations and materials. Every recommendation and customer-facing deliverable is personally reviewed, customized, and finalized before delivery.
Payments and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. The seller and merchant for your purchase is Jeff Fuhrman; Stripe processes card and wallet transactions on our behalf and does not become the seller of the service. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable end-user terms, which govern the payment transaction itself.
One-time purchase
The current offering is a $49 one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices, applicable taxes, and fees are shown at checkout.
Delivery timeline
Your personalized package will be delivered within 24 hours after payment, the completed Perfect Job Assessment, and a usable résumé have all been received. The 24-hour clock starts when the last of these three is complete.
Customer responsibility for accurate information
Uploaded materials and assessment responses are treated as the factual source for your experience. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Missing information will be flagged rather than invented.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
- Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or violates another person's rights (including submitting a résumé or identity that is not yours or that you are not authorised to submit).
- Interfere with, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, our systems, or other users' data.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service or its deliverables commercially.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff, or attempt to defraud us or our payment processor.
No guarantee of interviews or employment
Job availability can change after verification. We do not guarantee any interview, offer, employment outcome, or a specific number of qualifying opportunities.
No automatic applications
No applications will be submitted and no employers or professional contacts will be messaged without your separate, explicit approval.
Intellectual property
The deliverables prepared for you are yours to keep and use for your personal job search. The Worth Applying™ name and logo, the site, and the templates, methods, and rubrics used to produce the deliverables remain the property of Jeff Fuhrman and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service, refuse or cancel an order, and — where appropriate — remove content, at our reasonable discretion, if:
- you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use rules above;
- payment is not received, is reversed, or is flagged as fraudulent;
- we reasonably believe your use poses a security, legal, or fraud risk; or
- we are required to do so to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Where we cancel an undelivered paid order for reasons other than your breach, a refund will be issued in line with our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The seller is Jeff Fuhrman. Questions? worthapplying@gmail.com.
